Football Training Camp (22-28 Oct 2025)

A week-long football training programme was conducted for nine Umeed-e-Noor students at Jana Park, Rawalpindi, organized by Special Olympics Pakistan. Held outside the centre’s regular school setting, the camp offered a valuable, structured environment for physical, social and emotional development.
• Developed coordination, balance and teamwork skills through structured sport.
• Built confidence, discipline and independence in an inclusive sporting environment.
• Interaction with peers from other special-education centres strengthened communication and a sense of sportsmanship.
• Exposure to new coaching styles broadened students’ learning experience and adaptability.
• Strengthened collaborative ties between Umeed-e-Noor and Special Olympics Pakistan, encouraging exchange of best practices between teachers.
